You are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs with you to both of our lodges.
We request that you bring dog blankets or throws with you to protect the sofas and bedding from muddy paws.
Our properties being dog-friendly means they are most welcome here. We do a thorough clean after every stay to ensure all dog hairs and smells are removed.
We have designed the outside of the lodges to be secure for all but the largest of dogs. Both lodges include a gated gravel enclosure with a 1m (3 foot) high fence.
Absolutely! Both our lodges offer a family-friendly environment.
A highchair can be provided free of charge if required.
Security locks are available for the gates leading off the decking area.
No, we do not allow portable barbeques of any description at the lodges due to safety concerns with wooden decking and gas bottles (for heating).
We also do not allow candles for the same reasons.
Any damage caused by either of these breaches will result in a compensation claim.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and fair while ensuring the best possible service for all our guests.
Any requests to move the booking dates will be considered based on the notice provided and circumstances, and the decision remains at the discretion of Ruby’s Holidays Ltd.

Yes, we typically require a minimum stay of 2 nights, depending on the time of year and availability.
If you are booking your holiday more than 6 weeks before your scheduled arrival date, then you will only need to pay a 20% deposit.
For bookings of holidays less than 6 weeks before your scheduled arrival date you will need to pay for the total cost of your holiday.
Check in is at 3 pm on the arrival day and checkout time from 10 am to 11 am on the date of departure.
We complete a thorough clean of both properties between guests which includes emptying, cleaning and refilling the hot tub.
Both our properties include complimentary access to Wi-Fi.
The password is provided on your arrival.
